At VisitGreenvilleSC, we want you to love your gear as much as we love our city; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
